Information reaching us indicates that some PDP agent have disrupted the continuation of announcement of the presidential results at the INEC headquarters.
Actually chairman of INEC was addressing the audience when a PDP agent distrupted his speech calling him a partial umpire.
The man that distrupted Election annoucement.
Jega then said "We dont collect petitions on platforms where we are declaring results" in response to man who disrupted the announcement of results.
 Prof. Jega immediately clear the air explaining the eletotoral process for all to know.
