There are reports coming in that the Nigerian Army has announced that it has located Gen. Buhari's certificate in their office.
His certificate will be recalled was made one of the major issues during the electioneering campaigns with the PDP sauing that he does no have a school certificate. Buhari who was the APC candidate provided a court affidavit that the the Army has his certificates, but the Army in a swift reaction that seemed more like a political one said it does not have his certificate.
For them to admit now that they have his certificates may not be unconnected with his victory in the presidential election, which they may be bearing fear that he (Buhari) would look into the case whem he assumes to power as the President.
