Israel came to a standtill at 10 A.M. on Thursday, as a siren rang out to mark Holocaust Remembrance Day and 70 years since the end of World War II.

The official state ceremony marking Holocaust Remembrance Day had begun at 8 P.M. on Wednesday night, at Yad Vashem Memorial in Jerusalem.

President Reuben Rivlin and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu both addressed the ceremony, condemning the agreement US made with Iran calling it a 'Bad agreement"
