According to report by Timeslive, a man has been arrested on the roof of SA Parliament building in Cape Town. It is not clear what the man was doing up on the roof of De Tuynhuys, the official offices of the president in Cape Town, or how he had managed to get up there, but once his presence was detected, police had to call the fire department to bring him down.
He has been arrested and taken to Cape Town Central police station.
