Reports coming have indicated that a group of foreign nationals marching to Durban's City Hall on Wednesday(April 8) have been met by another group of South Africans.
As the foreign nationals marched down Dr Pixley KaSeme Street towards the City Hall, under the watchful eyes of the police a group of South Africans started chanting: "They are dogs who must go home."
When the foreign nationals approached Dorothy Nyembe street, police used rubber bullets to disperse them.
Recall, we have earlier reported that the foreigners who are protesting against xenophobia had got permission to go ahead with their demonstration but police had revoke the permission citing imminent attack by South Africans citizens against them.
