Nigeria's President-elect Muhammadu Buhari has complained that the outgoing President, Mr Jonathan was yet to give him useful pieces of information on how to pilot the affairs of government when he takes charge.
He was expressing this opinion Thursday when a committee from the Centre for Human Security of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, visited him at his Campaign headquarters in Abuja. They presented to him a five-point policy document.
