Wreckage of the US helicopter which went missing on Tuesday amid rescue efforts to earthquake victims in Nepal, has been found. The crashed aircraft was found many miles away from the expected area search mission for it had been been intensified for days now.
Two bodies were reportedly recovered from the site, near Chinese border. Other five persons aboard at the time of the crash among them six US Marines and two Nepalese army officers, are feared.
The country’s Defence Minister, Ishwori Prasad informed that the craft went missing at 10pm Nepal’s local time. He said: “As the helicopter has broken into pieces and totally crashed there is no chances of any survivors”.
This is so bad. Our heart goes out to the families of the victims of the crash and the earthquake. May their souls rest in peace. Amen
